If you are using or developing tools or algorithms that can be used to author digital stories, if you are interested in Virtual Reality technologies as real and efficient solutions for creating interactive 3D content or optimizing and managing their production, then you should not miss Virtual Storytelling'07, the fourth edition of the International Conference on Digital Storytelling, which will occur on December 5-7, 2007 in Saint Malo, France.

This international conference will gather researchers from the scientific, artistic and industrial communities to demonstrate new methods and techniques, show the latest results, and to exchange concepts and ideas for the use of Virtual Reality technologies for creating, populating, rendering and interacting with stories, what ever their form be it theatre, movie, cartoon, advertisement, puppet show, multimedia work, video-games...

At least 110 persons, among 14 countries, participated to the third international conference on Vitual Storytelling that took place in Strasbourg, November 30 - Devember 2,2005.

With an introduction from the European Commission, 4 invited lectures given by international authorities, 21 scientific communications and a poster session, ICVS 05 has been a great success.

The proceedings of the conference are now available worldwide in Springer's prestigious Lecture Notes in Computer Science collection.
